The space is a 1 bedroom penthouse suite with a separate living room and bedroom along with a phenomenal view. It has a full kitchen, full guest bath, and full master bath. Do not be misled by others listing studios as a 1 bedroom, this is an ACTUAL 1 bedroom suite that is much more spacious than the studios offered at Signature Suites. Also, because it is a corner unit the balcony is not right next to other balconies, giving you more privacy. There are NO RESORT FEES and you have FREE VALET PARKING (tipping optional).
Please note that the occupancy tax is set and MANDATORY by the state of Nevada. We have no control or choice on this charge and the fee goes directly to the state. If you see other units not charging the occupancy tax, they are in violation and that is up to them, but we choose to follow rules, laws and regulations.
There is a REFUNDABLE security deposit set by MGM Signature which will be taken at check-in, please see below for details.
THE BEDROOM has a king size bed, HDTV (uses Signature's standard cable), and full bath with dual vanities, and hot tub/jacuzzi.
THE LIVING AREA has an upgraded 55 inch TV. Use YouTubeTV for 100+ channels, including all movie channels, and NFL Sunday ticket. We use YouTube TV so you can record and watch your favorite shows at any time. You can also pause and rewind any live show. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living area as well as a full bathroom (including a shower).
THE KITCHEN includes a Sub-zero refrigerator/ice maker, oven, microwave, electric stove top, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, Pur water filter (no need to buy water bottles but please wash before use) and a Keurig K-cup coffee machine. There is also an electric kettle for your use.
Our unit is located in Tower 1 which is the closest to the MGM pools/lazy river, The District and MGM Grand Casino with easy access using an automated moving walkway. There is also shuttle access to and from MGM Grand self-parking to Signature Towers. The District has a food court, restaurants and shops. Tower 1 has a Starbucks in the lobby (hours vary at this time).
Other room perks; small stereo (with CD player, Bluetooth connection, and radio), DVD player (simply disconnect the TV HDMI and connect the DVD HDMI to use), LED floor lamp (with 5 different colors including white), backgammon, chess and checkers game set, Tic-Tac-Toe game, Jenga.
Our unit is always clean upon your arrival and sanitized as recommended by the Southern Nevada Health District to prevent the spread and transmission of COVID19.
This is our personal condo, so the pictures are accurate and of the actual unit. Please treat our place as you would your own.

There has been a change to the housekeeping services policy offered to us by the Signature. This change allows us to contract independently with a housekeeping company and provide better service and amenities to our guests.
We have hired a reputable and licensed Housekeeping company that we know will provide a better cleaning service prior to your arrival and some of the added benefits are:
**We are in direct contact with Housekeeping now and can let you know as soon as the room is ready. Check-in time will still be after 3, however if the room is ready before 3 we will be able to communicate that with our guests.
**We will provide better quality pots, pans, dishware, etc… which will be ready and washed in the condo as soon as you arrive so you don’t have to wait for Signature to deliver them to the room.
**Provide better amenities. Before, Signature housekeeping kept removing certain items because they wanted all the rooms to be standard. Now our guests have upgraded amenities for their comfort and convenience.
We will supply all the necessities needed during your stay... Dishes, utensils, pots/pans, bar amenities, linens, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and coffee/coffee supplies
The only drawback is that guests can no longer request toiletries, towels and linens from the Signature hotel. Not to worry though, we have taken that into consideration. We will provide enough bath towels, hand towels and washcloths for your stay. We only ask for you to hang and reuse them, as most hotels are asking now. If your stay is longer than 5 days, we are happy to provide new ones on the 5th day and every 5 days thereafter. We will provide toiletries, coffee (k cups with condiments), dishwash soap, paper towels. Extra bedding will be in the closet as well for the sofa bed.
Unfortunately, due to these changes we can not make exceptions for late checkouts since the housekeeping staff is on a more regular schedule to clean the unit shortly after checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Our condo is a "true" short-term rental in the sense that there will be NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES THROUGH THE SIGNATURE HOTEL, ONLY MAINTENANCE. There will be no daily cleaning, however if the need arises you can ask for our cleaning crew to come in for a quick refresh for an additional fee and will be subject to availability.

Other things to note:
- There is a security deposit required by MGM Signature of $100 per night, to a maximum of $300 for your entire stay. This money is refunded back to you as long as there is no damage done to the room or smoking in the room.
-Occupancy tax does apply however there are NO RESORT FEES. Keep this in mind when comparing the rates to other hotels, as they will add resort fees into your total and not include them in the advertised rate.
-I apologize, but I cannot always accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You can leave your luggage at the bell desk though, before or after your stay.
-There are 2 beds, with a second bed being a queen pull-out sofa. Extra blankets and pillows will be available in the closet.
The MGM Signature is a secure and gated Luxury Resort. Free valet is offered with your stay. If valet is full or you decide to park at MGM Grand self-parking, there is a free shuttle service going back and forth to Signature Towers. If valet happens to be full, you can always park at MGM Grand self parking and ask for the front desk to validate your ticket. Ask for more information about these services upon check-in. There are multiple pools and gyms. The Signature offers free concierge services for guests, free WiFi (no password needed) and laundry facilities for guests staying more than 7 days (please contact me if interested). Pool access (MGM Grand and Signature) is free with complimentary towels, while food and drink available for purchase. You'll also have access to the various spa packages at the MGM Grand (for their prices you can check their website).
The resort front desk will handle the check-in and check-out process. Any extra amenities needed (towels, sheets, etc.) let me know. As for any unforeseen issues during your stay please don't hesitate to contact me as I will try my best to assist or accommodate you.
