We had 3 kids with us, so the suite sized rooms were appreciated. The convertible sofa bed was a bit worn, but still okay. It is well off the strip, so the surrounding area is a little sketchy, but we felt safe in the property.

We arrived with high expectations first day went okay but next day we were down for breakfast for 10mins we crated our dog as we didn’t think he would be allowed in the breakfast area when we arrived back to our room we received a call saying our dog was barking all morning and that they were going to call animal control I explained we were only downstairs for 10mins maximum to eat and that we were in the room with the dog now, they then told me even if he is crated we can’t leave him alone at all or they will call animal control we were very offended as it’s a pet friendly hotel and there were other dogs on our floor barking as well ( our dog hardly barks as is ) just seems rude.

systems down so long delay to check in, but room was great. chose off strip to avoid everything that comes with staying at a casino but still close enough for an Uber or walk

Upon check in staff informed me that our reservation (suite) was not honored due to going through a third party booking, Expedia. After requesting clarification on our how our room was not available, staff blamed Expedia for overbooking. I was also told if we chose to save money this way that was on us. Manager was as rude, disrespectful and spoke down to women. After I stood my ground on the matter, he magically found our room and to be frank was in apologetic for his unprofessionalism.

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You could make fresh waffles daily. The hot tub and pool were cleaned daily and disinfected. Staff were polite.
