It's close to Hoover Dam, there is a really nice park nearby where rams roam free. The property is in a safe place, however the property is in poor condition. The restroom was so small that the door hit the curtain rod when you opened the door. The place has old carpet and you can smell the dirt. Pros, the mini fridge microwave and proximity to Hoover Dam and the cleaning lady, she was awesome and attentive. Its very economical but it was not what i expected based on past reviews.

It was a perfect place to stay on our way through. It’s was clean and the balcony was perfect. It was unexpected but there was a small continental breakfast that filled up my son for the morning.

Good - price, size of room, accepts dogs Poor - lightbulb out in room, no poop bags at dog run (lots of poop on the grass), hard to take luggage and dogs to third floor room up the stairs, no parking lines painted on back parking lot so it was a free for all trying to park at night, one ice machine outside of the lobby.

Bed was uncomfortable. We were awakened in the middle of the night by a loud roaring. Turns out one of the other guests was taking a shower. I’m not sure why it was so loud in our room but it sure ruined what would have been a decent stay.
