Temperature always 100 degrees just turn on the jets and relax with style!!!

We also offer comfortable balcony furniture,
A daybed great for relaxing after Jacuzzi, and enjoy the beautiful Las Vegas sunset!

Penthouse has been newly remodeled by designer furnishings and high-end furniture!!

Large master bathroom with Jacuzzi, steam room and rain shower.

We also have a Bluetooth stereo system and five speakers on the ceiling for a club like experience!

There is no smoking in the penthouse, there will be a $500 fine, however smoking is allowed in the balcony

Do not throw anything over the balcony, Palms Place has cameras set up on the outside of the building and security will evict anyone who throws stuff from the balcony.


The Palms Place Pool will close on November 1, 2022, to allow for prescheduled repairs and maintenance. Additional updates regarding Pool operations will be forthcoming. Thank you for your patience as we continue to enhance and maintain the property.

Lots of little problems. Property hasnt been maintained.

Broken door handles and towel rod. The hot tub isnt safe. Blinds have no instructions. Shower floods the bathroom. The lighting is from the 90s. The only room with adequate lighting is the bathroom. Not worth the price.

Awesome time!

Arthur was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and friendly...Loved the outdoor hot tub and steam shower. Bed was very comfortable...would definitely stay there again

So fun

The condo is beautiful. Only small minor thing is the glass around the private spa outside. It keeps you from falling out but might need replacing soon. Everything inside the condo is so beautiful. The shower takes a second to get the hang of. But highly recommend this place. Other slight issue was with trying to get assistance from the palms place regarding a toilet issue or a bell man to help bring a cart up to get our luggage downstairs at checkout. But that is not the property owner’s fault.

Easy to enjoy the strip

The penthouse was very nice with small issues. One morning the elevator did not work. Another day the jacuzzi emptied itself. Jacob was very responsive on both problems.

Paradise!

What a wonderful property! My husband and I were in town for a week and absolutely loved our stay! The property is absolutely wonderful. I am still in awe. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure every step was taken care of. We look forward to our next stay again very soon!

A perfect place for a couple.

We loved staying here. The hotel is very classy and treats you well. The host was amazing and easy to work with. The penthouse was beautiful and very comfortable. We would stay here again and again. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be able to stay at an average hotel again.

We stayed at Caesar’s, Paris , Cromwell and Paradise ( Vrbo) and Paradise was the best among all. Very nice views and spacious. We would happily stay here again.

Unbelievable Condo!

This place is the type of condo that a television show could be shot at. There were a few small things here and there that could be refreshed or replaced, but this place was awesome. Seriously, I felt like I should be some type of star to stay here!

Awesome Penthouse with Awesome Host

The penthouse was awesome and everything as advertised. Arthur was an excellent host and was very attentive and responsive. The only negative is the property itself, Palms Place is in an ownership transition and is really lost, by lost we mean the main driveway is blocked off so all access is by foot plus another lost item at Palms Place is customer service. The actual Palms Place personnel have little to no customer service skills and they are NOT helpful whatsoever. In closing the penthouse is awesome, the host is wonderful but do not expect any service from the Palms Place personnel as you will be on your own in this spectacular penthouse. If you want the pampered Vegas experience this is not the place for you, if you are self reliant and want solitude with an awesome view this venue has our highest recommendation.
