First issue very slow at check in despite a short line. Next only 2 towels for 4 guests so we had to wait 30 minutes for towels and tip the staff member. Then we went to use the shower and no water came out. Maintenance sent 2 people who were very nice but unable to fix the shower so we were moved to a new room—by this time it was 1:30am. Not sure why they didn’t move us initially. Room was dusty and furniture is worn.

Great hotel for the price
This hotel is a great off strip property. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Staff is hospital and courteous. Love that there is no charge to park. The only thing it does not have going for it is restaurants. It lacks in that department. Otherwise, everything else is very good.

Clean property with extremely pleasant staff. Considering the casino is smoking, you really couldn’t smell it unless you went directly into that area. Our room was amazing. Clean, large with a nice view of the mountains. This hotel is half way on our drive to Salt Lake City and we will definitely stay again.

Amazingly friendly and immaculate
This place was above and beyond all expectations for the room rate paid. I know its an event center and resort but the room rate at the time was somewhere about what you'd expect to pay for a shady no-tell motel. But the ambiance, staff and experience was like staying vip style at the Waldorf Astoria. The room was amazing and the service was even better. Will stay here again gladly
