Basic accommodation which is fine for a night or 2 if you're in Launceston for work. The entire place is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up, breakfast is average at best and the rooms and hallways are not very clean. Great central location with plenty of off-street parking, not the best but far from the worst.

Colonial was so clean and comfortable. Staff at reception, the kitchen and housekeeping were so friendly and attentive. The shared spaces were also sp clean and smelt lovely. Will stay here again
