It was very clean, quiet, and beds were SUPER comfortable. Also loved the convenience of shampoo, conditioner and lotion in large containers that are mounted in the shower and next to sink.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was awesome. The breakfast was good. The hot cocoa bar was a hit with my daughter. This is a great place!

The hotel was clean and clearly recently redone. I see reviews about no hot water but that was not my experience (just standard hotel slightly lower water pressure). There was one spot in my room where the wallpaper was peeling but otherwise it looked great. I felt safe and everything seemed clean. The breakfast is pretty standard fare.

Beautiful and quick stay
We stayed overnight to explore Koziar’s Christmas Village and it was perfect. The rooms were tidy and clean, the staff was super friendly, the pool was super nice to relax in and the breakfast was nice. No complaints and would absolutely recommend for the near by attractions. We will absolutely be booking for our next trip!

So when arriving staff took quiet some time to address us at all times at counter they were in office. Stayed the night and no hot water in room 423 shower surprise and good morning...definitely wakes you up I guess. Asked for accomodation all they could do is put us in a different room 214. Had to move my mother that had a broken femur with recent surgery and staff was unbothered by situation especially the guy with acrylic nails. 1st breakfast hand no eggs, sausage, fruit, juice, just carbs. Bathroom door is horrible and does not shut, its a "barn door". Very displeased for how much was spent on this hotel for thanksgiving.

Clean And Nice with Very Hard Beds
The hotel was very clean and overall nice in general. It seemed that only one elevator was working the weekend we were there. The beds are also the hardest hotel beds I've ever laid on. I travel weekly out of town for work and they were extremely hard compared to anywhere I've ever stayed.

They messed my booking up. Then the bathroom had a sliding barn door that had a huge crack in it, there was no privacy. When coming back there was no hot water for showers both nights. They overcharged me for the second night by 80$ now im fighting to get reimbursement.
