It was overall a good experience the staff is friendly and helpfull however the bathrooms are extremely small and have no smell extraction system, TV's are old and don't offer any streaming nor pay per view service type. They offer a shuttle to the airport and it's only 2€ per person that's very useful.

This was the second The Social Hub location I've stayed at, and it lived up to my high expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly, the common areas amazing, and the room clean, modern, and spacious. The location was amazing for exploring Porto on foot.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing and our balcony view of the river was really special. Room was comfortable and breakfast had a really good variety of options. The hotel is situated in such a beautiful part of the city, but we were able to access other areas really easily too. Would recommend and would definitely love to return!
