Your get-away to The Villages will be everything you dreamed of when you stay at this beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

The private, screened-in lanai with a gas grill just outside is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon.

The living room has a 55" flatscreen, Smart TV with a Premium Cable Package and high speed, wireless, internet for your enjoyment. 2 comfortable couches and an electric reclining loveseat make up the seating.

The dining room is an ideal place to enjoy a nice meal or play a game of cards. The table seats 6 and has 2 leaves for extra seating, if needed.

The master bedroom has a king-size, platform bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with a pillow top and 600 thread count sheets. The comforter is a down alternative comforter with a duvet. You will surely get a great nights' sleep. The master also has a very large walk-in closet and a 48" flatscreen Smart TV. An en-suite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower with 2 seats makes up this truly comfortable retreat.

The second bedroom is a queen-size bed with a new Serta mattress and fine linens as well. A separate bathroom just outside the door has a full bathtub and shower. The 30" flatscreen TV and huge double closet make up this beautiful room.

The kitchen has all of the amenities you will need in order to prepare meals. A pantry, dishwasher, waste disposal, ice-maker, Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and blender are there for your use.
There are adjustable ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai.

A speaker sounddock for iPod, hairdryer. iron and ironing board are also in the home.

A washer and dryer in the garage along with a gas-powered Yamaha Golf cart are included for your use.
Golf cart provided with 24/7 roadside assistance.
Also in the garage are folding table and chairs for family holiday gatherings or other times more seating is needed.


When you are here, you can take advantage of all amenities of The Villages for a small fee. Tennis courts, golf courses, clubs and beautiful swimming pools are all close by. The 3 town squares have live entertainment 365 days a year from 5-9 pm. There are so many activities, all cannot be listed.

Option to purchase a temporary resident ID. $50 per couple. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to you the guest. After having the same rental for 5 years we needed to rent another place due to former owners selling the house. A bit nervous but we were VERY HAPPY with new rental. This house had everything we needed for cooking … for comfort… lanai super private…. Close too many courses and pools. Communication with owner was excellent and house was super clean. So glad we found this and will be returning soon!

A great place to call home for a short time…

The house is comfortable and cozy, nicely decorated to reflect its Florida location, and it’s situated in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to Buena Vista Blvd and to the rest of The Villages. Don and Lynn were welcoming and good communicators. I highly recommend this home to future visitors!

We were well informed by the owner prior to our arrival. Everything he said was exactly in the most helpful notebook that is on the counter. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages we sent him. Very impressive, this was one of the smoothest rentals we have experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lanai is a very tranquil getaway from all the hub bub. The kitchen is well equipped. All you need are your groceries. If it were possible I would give the house and the owners 10 stars! Book it!! You won't regret it!!

Wonderful, relaxing home

This house was great to stay in, I was visiting a relative and enjoyed the house mostly in the evenings. The house and neighborhood was extremely quiet, and the king bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. I meant to ask the owner what brand of sheets and duvet cover is on the bed because I want to purchase the same for my house! The sofa was also very comfortable to relax on and watch tv at the end of the day. I was traveling alone and didn’t need the second bedroom so I can’t attest to that bed, but it looked as wonderful as the bedroom I used. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, mixing bowls, cutting boards, absolutely everything I needed to make myself a meal from groceries I bought at the nearby Publix. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with towels, a few toiletries, hairdryer, etc. Everything was as advertised in the listing and then some. The owner also included a binder with lots of really helpful information, including local maps of the surrounding villages and their shopping/restaurants. I highly recommend this house, and I would absolutely stay here again if I am in the area!

Perfect Location

We arrived and never got in our car again. It was fun just getting around in the golf cart. I wouldn't live there because it is super hot, but I would visit The Villages again and stay at this house. It was a pleasant experience, and communication with the owner was quick. I do wish there was a little more parking space. It was enough for two cars but it was a bit tight.

Very nice house and great location

Check in process very easy, and a helpful notebook of information about the house and The Villages. House is really comfortable and well stocked, and great for lounging around. The location between Brownwood and Sumter is just what we were looking for, and close to family and friends. The house included a nice golf cart too (such a bonus). Don and Lynn were very kind and nice to work with. Great communication. Would highly recommend this rental.

Everything was great! Anything you need or want is nearby or right there in the house. Only thing we would like is more night lights in the house. We rented this house to meet up with friends who have a home in The Villages. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. The screened in area was perfect for morning coffee. Having the golf cart was was an added bonus. We would definitely consider renting this property again sometime in the future. The owner was very accommodating when we extended our stay.
