The front desk employee, Darnell was happy to see me ! He made me feel welcome to Carlisle. He explained all of the site amenities when I checked in. I saw him at breakfast on Saturday and he remembered me. He asked me if my stay was going well. He is an attribute to this hotel !

Didn’t love the breakfast, but that seems to be typical for hotels these days, fake eggs. BUT they were very clean, made up the room for us. Very helpful with explaining the parking. But also I accidentally left my ipad there and they returned it to me! I was genuinely shocked that housekeeping turned it in and they took it to UPS store who did an excellent job wrapping it up. Came back to me in the same condition that I left it. I was incredibly relieved.

Love it BUT there are some problems
First of all, this is one of probably 10 stays at this facility. I love the location. I love the fact it has a bar and restaurant. This time however… Was checked into room 101, then two hours later somebody else was checked into the same room. When I couldn’t get back into my room that evening, the desk told me that I was really supposed to be in 102 although I had been in 101 for several hours. They just couldn’t seem to figure it out. Also, the bathrooms continue to have a moldy smell I’ve reported this before.

Stayed here to drop our daughter off as she started at Dickinson College. Walkable to shops and restaurants. We used the electric car charger which was super convenient. Would totally stay here again!
