I always stay at this hotel when I come to Lethbridge for work. It's convenient, clean, and comfortable. The staff have always been excellent. The restaurant on site is decent.

Our second stay here and we love the atmosphere and the yummy restaurant but we felt our door did nothing to muffle the noise from the pool area. The noise from the pool carried on until ten pm but then the people next to us were soooo noisy banging on each others doors and talking super loudly outside our door until almost midnight definitely took away from our experience.

Great location. The central garden and water fountain area would be a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine but unfortunately alcohol and glass are not allowed and the area closes at 10 pm. Such a shame.

Rooms are nice, property is old and outdated. You have to walk through an indoor jungle vibe/indoor pool area to get anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient
