The bedding had stains, not sure if it was unwashed or simply too stained to clean properly. Thankfully we brought our own. The staff seem frustrated, I'm sure this has been a busy summer for them and they're over it. No hate, I totally understand but check-in was difficult. Staff were uninformed about handicap parking and when they tried to ask someone else the other staff member snapped that she was busy. Someone spilled blueberries on the stairs and sticky blueberries were still all over the stairs 2 days later. No shower gel or hand soap, staff said they were completely out of it. There is not a hot tub at this location (the pictures show there is) only a small pool that is not monitored and young children were left unattended in the pool area. So, after navigating a poorly laid out lobby with an adaptive stroller, using our own bedding, purchasing additional soaps, avoiding the pool, avoiding the stairs and picking up our own room service (they don't offer that either), it was an average stay...
