Our fridge didn’t work, we let them know right after check in, they said they could look any it next day. Well, we’re checking out next day so doesn’t do us any good. Huge stain carpet, like we got a pet room and found a screw in one of the bed sheets.

Hotel was good. I would stay again but they definitely need more lighting around the bathroom sink. Very dark and hard to see while getting ready. Breakfast lady was by herself and worked her tail off. She’s an amazing employee which is hard to find anymore!

Last minute booking. Staff was great, room nice. The area this hotel is located is secluded, but walkable to Chinook Winds Casino and beach. A great "no frills" place to stay. Breakfast is included. Staff at breakfast was awesome. Cleaning everything asap and very friendly.

We have stayed here many times! I like the location, its up out of town, not on the busy highway! Close to the casino, Within walking distance to some stores! And resturants! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, I recommend this Hotel for comfort and hospitality!

The room did no smell clean like dirty feet. The room was damp, couldn't sleep all night because of it. When we checked in to our room, the hotel clerk told us she wouldn't charge our credit card, but she put a charge on our card and it was on our credit card account for a week! Overall a terrible hotel stay! We will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again! We were in Lincoln City for a special getaway, the bad hotel experience ruined it!
