The room was honestly the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. The toilet seat in the room looks gross and needs replaced. There was white creamy substance on all surfaces including end tables, desk, and tv stand. These surfaces were not whipped down before my stay. Bedding had stains- I hope it was clean. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness to say the least. All else was good.

It was a very nice room and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Unfortunately there seemed to be problem after problem. We had to have our keys reset every day and sometimes multiple times per day. We were there a full week and this got very annoying. We had to go upstairs and check the keys every time and then back downstairs to get them re keyed. First comment every time was “ did you have it next to your phones “? No, the keys were not next to the phones! Finally the last day we were there they decided to change the batteries in the lock. Thanks guys. One of the things that really surprised me was that with being there for a full week, I asked for the room to be cleaned half way through the week. The answer was, no! I would have to clean the room myself! Really! Or I would have to pay an additional fee! Really? They would bring me sheets and I could change them myself and sweep the floors myself. Honestly? I was shocked! This was on top of having to get your own towels and taking out your own garbage! Interestingly breakfast offered protein only on the weekends, but breakfast was available from 6:30 to 10:00 every morning. I was told when we checked in that the pool is kept at 88 degrees! Awesome! Except that twice the heat was turned off and the pool was cold. But when the heat was on it was very nice. Just remember to check it before you jump in. Also the pool is very conveniently open until 10:00 but the door is locked at 9:00. So get in before 9.

Unfortunately, my family won’t be staying here again. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t good. Firstly, the breakfast is a total joke. They only have eggs and sausage two days a week. The rest of the week it’s waffles and toast so if you have a gluten or wheat allergy, there’s nothing to eat. The room was nice and spacious, but the bed was very worn down and uncomfortable. We had to request new sheets because the original sheets had blood stains on them. The hot tub was probably the dirtiest hot tub I’ve seen at a hotel. It was super foamy and hair and muck floating all around. I’m aware hotel hot tubs are certainly not the cleanest things in the world, but it was excessive. For the price, I feel like they could step it up a bit.

Not cleaned well - pizza crusts in first room led us to moving rooms but the 2nd room had toenails and the toilet had linty butt prints. I cleaned the room myself to avoid upsetting staff and having to move again as it was already late in the evening.

The stay was terrible. Front desk person was not friendly. The floor in our room was falling apart, the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. The bed was so broke down that i slept in the chair. No water pressure, lighting in bathroom was terrible. Hot tub had brown foam on top of the water. All rou d would never recommend.

Our stay was ok... the beds were clean & comfortable. But there was a lot to be desired. Not impressed with breakfast at all.. There was no protein at the breakfast. All carbs offered. Was told they only have protein on sat & sun. So on sat you have to ask for it and the lady will bring some out to you. A scoop of plain Scrambled Eggs & 2 sausage from the warmer in the back room. Its not out for you to get it yourself. There's waffles.. but no peanut butter or cream cheese. The jets on the hot tub were amazingly strong.. but it had a layer of brown scum floating in the foam on top. We were really wanting a hot tub so we scooped it out the best we could & tried to ignore it. The reading lights on the headboard did not work and there was not a nightstand on one side of the bed. The vinyl flooring was damaged and coming up in several places in the room. The gutters drip constantly onto the metal windowsill and ac unit causing a ruckus the whole time we were there. Not sure i would come back...

Convenient Location
There is a small resort fee charged that was unexpected. We had a bit of issue due to the reservation being under a relative's name. . .the front desk would not let us check in until this was resolved even if we had the credit card in hand. A bit inconvenient but they did eventually agree to let us check in. For the price, this hotel is conveniently located and generally nice.
