Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is great. Stayed at this property because it is close to the Metro station, which made it very easy to get around Lisbon. My wife and I stayed here before our cruise and will be staying here again after the cruise.

Perfect for a family city break!
From the outside it looks unremarkable, but this hotel is perfect for a city break. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 kids (10+12). The room was perfectly clean and a really good size, with comfy beds and a lovely little balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great for hopping on the tube (250m away), and Uber works really well in Lisbon. The breakfasts were of a good standard and room service dinner food was tasty and good value. We couldn't have picked a better value proposition.

Hotel Roma is a good location for visitors to Lisbon who don’t want to be in the tourist center but wants a central metro station. I was glad to be in a neighborhood with locals with easy access to Metro and walking.

The room was really large and quite good! I did struggle with the AC as it seemed like it would stop working randomly. Also couldn’t figure out the room service feature but that is probably on me! However the location was good for me as all I had to do was either jump on the metro or take a bus to the centre or anywhere else. Overall lovely hotel!
