The staff were friendly and nice. However, I called in advance to ensure 2 cars could park with my reservation (2 bedroom condo) and was told I could. When I arrived, the story changed that I could park one and possibly the other, depending on availability. By the time the other car in my reservation arrived (2 hours later), we were forced to park at Resorts Casino. I would suggest honesty up front, from the phone call to the check-in.

We think we found the best hotel option in Atlantic City. The rooms were big, clean, and luxurious. Compared to everywhere else we considered staying we are very happy we chose this one. Checkin parking was strange since we could not get to the checkin spaces in the garage without a parking pass that we get at checkin. We had to leave the car at the curb out front until we had the required pass, but the staff was friendly and got it to us.

I liked how close it was to the boardwalk, food, and the security (safety). I did not like the bathroom, tub is too tall and showerhead is too low, also no fan in bathroom. Maybe put couple of water bottles in the fridge for your summer guests :)

I did not get the room i want. I had a 1 bedroom deluxe & i requested a hot tub. I was told to put in for by the receptionist at the skyline. I pit it in. All of a sudden they said 1 bedrooms dont have hot tubs.

Overall I was impressed with this hotel. I felt safe inside the hotel, but not the surrounding areas. Unit was spacious and clean. No daily room service, but that was fine with me. Pool was out of service for construction, which was too bad.

This was our second time staying here and love it. Even with the pool and hot tub area closed for renovations when we were there last week it was awesome. Our suite was very clean and roomy. We had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.
