Monica at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the amenities are great. There is a gorgeous pool on the third floor, a bar which also serves food, and daily breakfast. Will definitely stay again on our next trip through Little Rock!

Misleading label as having a restaurant
I stayed there because it advertised a restaurant and a bar. It turned out to be a small bar that offered a limited menu. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I had known

The hotel was great. Very clean friendly staff. Free parking with most of it covered. The prices were very reasonable. We walked to the Rivermarket daily. One afternoon we even rented scooters. The hotel offer breakfast which is an actual hot breakfast. They have a bar for evening cocktails and they offer onsite baked pizza. I would definitely stay here again.

I like that they had security for the parking garage. The Clinton Library is within easy walking distance. Check out Camp Taco which is only a couple of blocks away.

The property was severely understaffed. We checked in around 6:30 pm on a Sunday & there was a line of guests with only 1 person at the desk & the phones were ringing off the hook. The guest at the desk was having an issue & 4 of us were lined up behind them to check-in. The desk agent had to leave the desk to bring something to a room while we waited with the phones ringing non-stop. When we finally got checked in (for 1 night) there was a strong smell of marijuana. When we entered our room it was hot, musty, stains on the carpet & furniture & had a bad order. We were tired from a long drive so we tried to lower the A/C to circulate the air & cool it off, but the air was hot. So, we called the front desk & it just rang & rang until it disconnected. We tried calling again & again & the same thing happened so we went downstairs to see if they could send someone up to fix it or move us. The agent told us to try only using the thermostat on the wall & put the PTAC to 70 degrees. (I'm guessing there was no engineer on duty to help). We went back up & tried that & waited several minutes but it was still hot. We called again & this time the agent answered & said they would lower the A/C from the computer downstairs(?!). Still hot. We called again & they said they'd increase the fan speed from the computer(?!). Still hot. The 'sleep' was miserable. I do not blame the staff, I blame the management.

Good Stay
We stayed in one of their king suites with the separate bedroom & I loved it. Elevator broke down 2 days in a row so there was only one available, which sucked. Breakfast is pretty decent. Already stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.
