Good spot for an overnight stay. Close to Coles to get some supplies...beds comfortable, a had all we needed for 3 adults. Late checking in made prior to arriving made it all very smooth.

These are serviced apartments so I was taken aback when the rules state that you have to take your own rubish to the bins. The carpet in the room was not properly vacuumed and there was fluff and hairs in the bathroom. The walk into the town centre was much longer than specified. I wont be staying here again.

Elphin Apartments were good option for my one night stay in Launceston. There is a KMart and Supermarket over the road so easy enough to get what you need. I had to carry my heavy bag up stairs, which was a little difficult.

Property was in a good location, close to main street. There was no closable door on the main bedroom, and not enough couch space for 4 people. Otherwise for an overnight stay before out flight it was ok. Reception staff were accommodating and friendly.
