It is what it is. If you want a cheap motel in this area, this is a perfectly fine place. The room was sufficiently clean, the bed was fine, air conditioning, and free wi-fi. But, it is older and showing its age. Old decor. Well used bathroom with aged discolorization. Everything functioned fine, except the door's security catch was broken, but you just keep the door locked. It's also next to a highway and airport so don't expect a quiet spa retreat, or free breakfast.

I hate the way the Chinese came to knock on the door, he was very rude and insolent, I will never stay in this place again and I strongly advise against it.

If what you are looking for is a bed, a pillow, a shower, an an a/c, this place is worth the cheap price they ask. Nothing fancy but we tought we had what we paid for. Place was clean, bed were comfy and surprisingly was super quiet. I would book again.

The price we paid is not worth for the room. It needs to be upgraded. Washroom needs to be fixed. Bathtub does not drain water properly. Freeze is too small. There is not enough lights in the room. Over all not satisfied

Good location if u dont want to drive in Montreal. Very convenient buses 8, 28 & 88 to Longueil Uni de Sherbrooke Metro station, then 2 stops to Montreal downtown, 1h roughly. The Motel is old, no tea/coffee, some light bulbs not working etc but quite clean, calm and staff is super nice.
