My original room had a few issues with the TV not working. After going back and forth to the front desk several times, the property’s maintenance manager, who was off duty when I was having these issues, came to assist and noted that the problem could not be resolved that night. And told the front desk to give me another room. The front desk staff should have done that by the 3rd trip downstairs.

I always stay at Embassy Suites, unfortunately this was the worst one. Very old and run down fridge door was broken. Sofa bed was stained baseboard and wall paper was tearing off. The customer service when we checked in was very rude. I will never stay at this location and neither should anyone.

The room was spacious with large living area, large bedroom and large bath. Room was clean but a little smelly at first. Quick fix with Febreze spray. Staff at reception was very friendly and there was no waiting in line. Pick up from and to the airport was easy and ran every 15-20 minutes. I would stay at this hotel again when in town and in need to stay in close proximity to LAX.

Very nice. If you duke street noise get a high floor. Loved embassy suites breakfast. We were there for Billy Joel concert. Took city bus to concert. Very easy. Convenient to Intuit Dome. We did walk back as Ascity bus only ran every hour late at night. 2.5 mile walk! Very nice
