The rooms were very congested and no place to pit luggage. Washroom amenities could be better. Breakfast was good but halal food options for muslims should be included. Airport shuttle service was good. Customer service was good.

Everything was good except for having to wait 30 min in line for breakfast due to the overwhelming number of people at the hotel for the holidays. Take away the waffle machines and that will resolve the issue, or move them to a different area.

Hotel was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are small and very outdated but like I said clean and that’s super important. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Walls are thin so could hear a lot of outside and hallway noise all throughout the night.
