I loved the proximity of the hotel within the LA area and a better price than other hotels. We had a problem with exiting the parking lot a couple of times and the water in the shower did randomly get cold often. However the staff was by far some of the best in the industry, they were helpful and competent.

Pretty pricey for what it is , it smelled like old inside and the carpet was very dirty There was also a lot of noise during the night I could hardly sleep . And the staff at the front desk was pretty rude didn’t even bother to say thank you or welcome, she was super plane and flat with her treatment . I won’t ever stay here .

The toilet in the room worked on and off. Maintenance came and that helped a little, but not much. The bathroom had lots of dirty spots in the shower and around the sink (permanent dirt). Airport shuttle was convenient and easy. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful.

My airline canceled my flight to LA because of the hurricane in my state of Atlanta and this hotel didn’t even care !! So they charge me anyways !! Very disappointed

Hotel was basic. When I stepped in the tub it felt like I was walking on a water bed due to a water leak somewhere in the shower. $40 a night for parking is ridiculous especially when parking at the Hyatt Regency in Westlake Village, CA is only $12. Which is a much better area compared to where the Holiday Inn is located.
