Clean room with comfortable bedding, shower amenities, and a selection of Keurig coffee and tea. It was close to LAX and the staff was friendly and helpful. Velisa checked us in and she was able to get us a room earlier than we expected, which was really appreciated after a long day of travel! We will certainly return.

Please don’t stay here !!!!! I had to switch rooms three times .. I knew from the moment we pulled up that the experience was going to be horrible. I tried to cancel when it was time to check in but of course I couldn’t because they would still charge me . First room which was room 822 , the tub was dirty and the rooms are outdated completely, carpet is old as hell and has stains on it . Ok so they moved us to the 2nd room which was 1222, that room was just a little better but when it was time to go to sleep I could hear a knocking noise on top of my room . I called guest services and Marissa told me it’s the a/c unit and it’s nothing they could do about that except move us to another room .. ok so moved to room 822 and got in there and the damn toilet wouldn’t flush ….. tub still dirty as hell … when it was time to check out which I checked out this morning, they didn’t say “ Hey we are sorry about all of this , let us compensate you for one of the nights . I had to say something about it , so they took off 35 dollars . Which is honestly not enough. Yeah it was something but not enough.. Horrible experience just horrible Not to mention 40 dollar a day parking … this place is a rip off and outdated as hell . Carpet old , rooms old , bathroom old and vanities are old as hell .

The hotel was descent, the room I had looked a little tired, the carpet looked like it needed to be replaced or cleaned. The king bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and worked well. Depending at what price you get for this hotel I would say there again. A descent property for a airport hotel that has a free airport shuttle. There is a bar and a restaurant on the property. The menu was a little pricey
