The room was so dusty I could tell cuz I'm allergic to dust. It was hard to sleep because of the noise.The customer service was slow, every time we called, they put us on hold. The location was nice near the airport.

I required 2 queen size beds but was told because I registered as a guest Hyatt didn't honor what I believed I was paying for. I instead received a queen size bed. I have never been denied what I requested because "someone" thought it to be okay to change my accommodations to meet their needs. Also, the hotel changed its check-in time to 4 pm after I paid for my room and check-in time was then 3 pm. Seems to me that your hotel is very uncertain of itself and probably needs to reevaluate how it manages customer expectations. Didn't think I was asking for a lot. I hope that you will take better care of your customer's in the future in light of the next Olympics being hosted in LA.

Some dated/broken hardware & worn. The 24hr shuttle is a major issue. 24hrs a day about every 20 mins it has to backup & turn around, well it beeps like a garbage truck loudly & can be heard through the closed windows of the 6th floor. I thought it was a smoke alarm at first. Then we went to use the shuttle about noon & people had been waiting for it at the hotel for over an hr. The hotel didn’t know where it was & people were told 10 mins over & over. Most people in front of us had to Uber or taxi to not miss their flights. I called the hotel desk, was put on hold & they never picked up to tell me where it was. When it finally arrived after being gone for 1.5 hrs the shuttle was steaming hot inside like it had been out of operation. The hotel would not be honest and tell guests is wasn’t coming so they could make alternative rides. We were luckily not in a great hurry, but sure felt stranded outside the hotel. They hotel should of come out and offered free taxi or Uber to the airport for the stranded 12-14 guests instead of leaving us in the dark.the hotel desk also told guests who inquired that there were at busy times up to 4 shuttles running. Well at noon apparently it is not running at all.

Terrible hotel experience. Booked 3 hotel rooms for several family members with early morning flights out if LAX. Arrived at 9 pm and the drop off to the hotel was closed off so guests were forced to self park to access hotel and we were charged every time we excited the parking lot. Snack area was closed because POS system was not working so we either had to leave the property and pay parking exit again or forced to get food from their restaurant. Air conditioner was broken and the room was freezing all night they were at capacity so no options offered. Television was pixelated so could not even watch the television. Loud party going on upstairs until 10 pm so could not sleep either!!! Was there any part of this hotel that was working??? Complained to management and thus far have done nothing. No call back.worst hotel experience.

One time stay is too much.
First time stay this hotel,room doesn't have enough lights,breakfast was terrible with frozen scrambled eggs and frozen bacon bits.frozen breads and bagels.i end up has a cup of coffee and a piece of toast. Dinner menu was expensive and food was so so ,and they automatically added 15% tips to your check.
