We were in town for an event and stayed two nights. The room was priced well, clean, and loved that the room had the shower instead of a tub. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful but I do wish there were more dining options in the hotel and the room service could be better. Thank goodness for mobile food delivery apps. Overall though, we had a great stay!

I liked the large room the maids were very nice and helpful. But it was noisy from the planes, but we asked for it. The ac was not working very well.

The towels smelt horrible. Obviously a cleaner of some sort but it is not good. Our first rooms shower door would not stay open and the tile in the bathroom was cracked and dirty. Our second room (first time I’ve requested a room change ever) had some of the same issues as the first: bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, shower and towels had a gross smell, no microwave, door didn’t seem to close all the way, loud noises from hallway and outside. They also charge $55/night for parking. Luckily there is meter parking just a short walk away. But for this price it seems silly to not include a parking voucher with the room or at the bare minimum provide free WiFi lol

The property looks wonderful, everything is clean and the decor is beautiful. The staff is excellent from the valet to the front desk to the bellman and the waitstaff. Everyone displayed an air of confidence, excellence and friendliness. We will definitely stay on our next trip to the area.
