Poor check in process, enjoyable rest of the stay.
I received a text message with a lonk to check in online. It asked for all my information, including a photo of my ID and my credit card information. I submitted everything and I received a confirmation on my device. When I got to the front desk, I was told by a not so friendly front desk rep that they had not received any of my information, "probably because it was submitted through a third party", so I had to start the whole check-in process again. It was a waste of time.

Over worked morning check in person
The bathroom wasn’t as clean as past visits there nor the main room when we arrived the bathroom wasn’t supplied had to go to front desk .The day shift managers and staff was very polite and always helpful .Two days I saw the person running the desk seemed to be over worked She was doing the desk filling up the supplies in the coffee area .,Sticking the breakfast and cleaning seemed too much for 1oerson but she did a great job with a sweet spirit
