Stay overall was very nice, clean rooms and great service and the overall vibe of the hotel is great. My only complaint is the rooms have clearly been remodeled, and the existing electrical wiring did not seem to match the remodel layout, and rather than attemping to remedy that, that there were confusing switches and plugs to just, go around it? Initially i thought the bathroom light did not work, turns out it was just a switch next to the front door, rather than in the bathroom, and one of the bathroom switches turned on a bedroom light? Very strange, but didnt make the room hard to sleep in or less accessible. Would definitely still be willing to stay here again personally, but im sure that may annoy some others.

Friendly staff! Dog friendly. Clean room. The gym was nice, but it was super hot inside. A couple lightbulbs were out in the room. No free breakfast, but there are paid food options available. Overall, a really nice, stylish, and simple stay.

I stay in Lubbock and just wanted to do stay cation for my son so he could swim and asked her if the pool was open a she said yes payed for the room went to get ready to go swim and that when I see a note on the door that says close for maintenance. So I went and told her that was the whole point of me running it I wouldn't have paid for the room if she would have told me it was close but she said it was open so I wasn't going to stay there if I couldn't swim so need to know how I get my refund or get me a room there when the pool is open?????????

Ada rooms have low profile beds!
I am paralyzed and in the wheelchair. The Ada compliant rooms with rolling shower is the most handicap accessible hotel room I've ever stayed. The bed height from floor to top of mattress is only 23" which is perfect for someone in the wheelchair. It's a shame most hotel rooms that are Ada rooms do not have low profile beds majority of them are over 30 in in height.
