Pros of this stay was the property was in a safe area and had plenty of parking and the building was fairly clean. The cons of this stay were the staff, cleanliness and amenities. Upon checking in, the receptionist was very unfriendly, the room looked to be neglected in its cleaning in many areas (the tile and carpet), and lastly we were looking forward to the breakfast; we were told breakfast is at 6am (which is also stated online) however, in the morning was told it was actually at 6:30am, so due to a time constraint weren’t able to have breakfast, which was a reason for choosing this property.

I overnight at this place for several years, and like it. However, maintenance and cleaning (particularely lower section that require stooping) are slowly fading.

My son fell in the shower at around 2:30 am. I tried to call the front desk or maintenance and the phone wasn't working. I'm the morning, I called with my husband's phone. The lady, at the front desk, didn't appear to be concerned about my son's condition resulting from the fall. I told her that if it could get fixed, before I would shower because I have osteoarthritis and was afraid to fall. She didn't do anything about it. Therefore, I didn't get to shower before leaving the hotel. I feel that she was very inconsiderate. I'm afraid that someone else might end up getting badly hurt! My room # was 427.

Stains on the carpet, and walls. Shower had a lot of hair in it. Just overall you can tell its not cleaned well. Staffed was ok.overall not great but not terrible.
