Wasnt given the right room we had booked online. Shower was not as discribed. Flat pillows. Bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast could have been good if it wasnt cold. Coffee was decent.

Great 1 night stay
Check in was easy and painless. Our room was clean and stocked, breakfast was actually rather good. Only suggestion I have is softer beds. I was only there 1 night to get sleep after the Texas Tech game before making the 5 drive home. It served its purpose and all the staff was pleasant.

WORST Experience
The hotel was absolutely GROSS. From the carpets down to me discovering a bug in the bed. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional in handling the matter. He did not want to change my room because he said he needed to see the bug and take pictures. Needless to say the finally decided to change my room after coming up to look at the room that has the bug in the bed.

okay but needs an update
Stay was okay, neighbors were loud. They were always cleaning everything, but carpets were stained, and elevator was having issues. Ice machine on our floor was not working. It looks like they need to replace carpet and ice machines.
