Overall good experience. Check-in was quick and easy, even at night. Room was decent - carpet had some stains, but coincidentally the carpet cleaning service was scheduled during my stay. For a suite room, I wish there was a microwave in the room.

This Hyatt location is very convinient, we had a vehicle but if we didnt theres a shopping center a 6 minutes walk to Marshalls and Ulta and Dicks, Ross. Theres a waffle house and Dennys Like 3 minutes away if you sleep theough their free breakfast. Staff were frie t and shared things to so. Cleaning staff were accommodating as well

Room smelled like someone was smoking in it for days even though it was a non smoking room. I told front desk and they only said thanks for letting us know. Bathroom dirty.
