Not my favorite
Room was dirty. Hair on carpet, in bathroom, in shower. Sheets were dirty. The manager assured me that this was not their usual standard. On the plus side, the Event Center has really good acts and this hotel is the best place to stay for a show. Staff were really nice.

The rooms were clean and modern but the in room refrigerator was tiny. The smallest we’ve ever had. The maid service was top notch and the front desk clerks were friendly and worked had to group us all together. The walk to the casino is deserted and odd. The outlet shopping shrinks every time we go. The walk to town begins with a stroll through the old Steel plant. Fine during the day but sketchy at night.

First time staying at a casino. We were there for the Dogstar concert which was being held on sight. We stayed in the 5th floor in a dozble bed room. Our view was of the roof which was disappointing but not as important as the convenience to the concert. We tried some slots before the show after an early check-in. Won $100 and used it for drinks and food. The beds, for us, were hard and felt a little uneven. We tried getting room service for breakfast but had to leave a voicemail and we were too hingry to wait for the call back so we cebtured out to the buffet which was closed. Only breakfast was Mo's and the smoothie place. This was very disappointing because we wanted eggs. Bought 2 bananas and 2 coffees at the smoithie place to hild us over till we could find something on the road. The pool was down as well. We did get 2 drink vouchers that had to be used at Mixx right in the lobby. Overall, we had a great night being there. There is no real reason to leave with shopping, food, gambling and shows and having a place to stay after you play is reassuring.
