Pros: Area is fantastic, very clean Cons: the mattresses are terrible..., I would not be surprised if the mattress I git is at least 30 years old; the staff is not flexible with check in times; I saw how many families left the hotel from 9am, but they would not let you go to your room until 1pm...., they should understand that half their guest are travelling from the other side of the world and need to rest

Great location if you don’t mind to walk. Excellent hotel. Number of cafes near by for great breakfast and coffee. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The stay was a disappointment somewhat. Upon entering, we were met with indifference from the staff. Warm greetings and smile would have been a pleasant start. The room was dated, not modern. On the wall was heavy bulky “pant presser” that fell on floor. There was no coffee or tea pot, no fridge in the room. What a disappointment, as I like to have a cup of coffee or tea in bed. Only stocked mini bar. I requested to remove all alcohol (due to religious and personal reasons) they refused. They do have bar downstairs, it was really not necessary. Small old TV. Bathroom was okay, double sinks, stand in shower. After one person had shower, hot water ran out. Personal hygiene items were available. Location was good for those who like to walk, a lot of shopping, sightseeing within walking distance. Next time we will try other place to stay.

We like everything about the hotel, crisp , clean bed sheets and fresh smelling towels, value for money breakfast buffet. The hotel is walkable to Gran Via, to train station, and restaurants everywhere.

Great location! Room and bathroom were nice size for Europe. The bed was very comfortable. Some noise from street / trucks. Some employees really nice and some had attitude. But overall a pleasant stay. Best to Bring your own shampoo and soap, the stuff there is not great. Also, most hotels offer water and coffee in your room which is complementary but not here. Thanks

Property is in good overall condition. One disappointment is therr is no any welcome water bottle included in the stay! So make sure you have your bottle for start as shops are closed around 9pm if you arriving later. Location of the property is in walkable distance to public transport links
