Casa Bella offers our guests all the new fixtures and equipment that a modern home should have. The moment you enter into its quiet cul-de-sac you experience the mature landscaping and the cooling shade it provides. A double car garage provide space for 4 to 6 parking spaces. You may access the house through the front door or from the garage through the laundry area using a double set of doors designed to keep the house cool and refreshing even when the Florida summer is at its peak. 
The lay out provides three King size master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms each, one bedroom with two twin beds next to the full bathroom at the hallway that serves as the guest bathroom, plus a movie room equipped with a sofa bed. All rooms come with flat screen T.Vs plus a huge 4k UHD in the living room on top of the fireplace. The Living room area is equipped with the latest technology of electric recliner sofas that will make this relaxing comfort an unforgettable experience. The huge kitchen area is ideal for preparing a perfect meal or just to relax in the kitchen area having breakfast overlooking the pool area. There is seating, counting the table at the patio for 16 adults, making this a perfect location for family gatherings, rehearsal dinners and birthday or graduation celebrations. 
The patio area has a cathedral ceiling that opens into the large paved pool area with more pool furniture to relax under the sun or refresh during the night. The large pool was design with a twelve feet deep area for adults and four feet deep at the shallow end for children comfort levels. A deeper pool makes the water refreshing and maintains the temperature evenly through the entire year. 
Dog friendly with Owner size approval, no cats.  $250 pet safety fee, not included on initial reservation.
