We arrived very late and went to sleep right away. The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean and nice. We got a ground floor room as we requested and a very nice breakfast next morning

Arrived early Saturday morning and got a shuttle bus to the Hotel which was great. The receptionist on the night shift was great , polite and friendly and already checked me in as I called for the bus which is a great plus . The room however smelled heavily of old musty smoke/ tobacco the room it self ok but for the price extremely disappointing and the bathroom however was grubby hair in bath a definite no no . As it was about 3am and I was up at 8am didn’t mention it til the morning, staff at reception was not interested . Would I stay there again No

Ok stay
We had an ok stay at the Clayton hotel. The room was a good size and clean. However, the rooms could do with updating. The room was very hot, and the air conditioning didn't work very well. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good and the shuttle service is really great. It picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel, and dropped us off in the morning at our departing terminal. Overall okay stay. It's a good hotel to stay in for one night just before your flight.

The shower curtain was ripped and looked like feces/mold on it. The carpet looked like there was flooding with discoloration. Had to ask for the room to be cooled off which is controlled by management. Very noisy- can hear conversations, baby crying, rodent running through ventilation system, drilling/hammering. Expensive daily rate for car park.

The free shuttle was great and incredibly helpful. The room was very simple, with no fridge which was a bit disappointing. As a place to rest for the evening before another day of travel, it worked well.

I booked this hotel because it was close the airport, and offered a free shuttle. I paid extra for a 4 star hotel. This is NOT a 4 star hotel- it is perfectly fine and the staff were lovely but the hotel itself was quite basic
