The hotel is at the Manchester Airport, with direct train access and free shuttle from/to airport. Surprisingly good meal at the restaurant, well presented.

Within walking distance of the railway station. The shuttle to the terminals is most welcome. The noise of traffic and of aircraft is unavoidable. There is no light dining option.

Hotel is convenient for the airport and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the man at check-in wasn't very friendly or welcoming which let it down.

Ok!
Room on the 18th floor was ok. I was put in a disabled room, although not disabled. A seat or table of some description would have been useful in the large bathroom as you have to put your clothes on the floor! Room smelled damp when I walked in, not sure why as it was clean and modern. I have stayed here a few times in the past but prefer the rooms in the old wing to this one.

The hotel was good, but found a few hairs in the bathroom. We were 3 people in a family room, but only 2 of everthing provided. The reception staff was rude on arrival, but management took the issue serious. On thr positive side, the Hotel was nice and comfey with a nice bar, it felt quite, but alot of noise from adjacent rooms through the night which you may expect from an Airport hotel. The parking for an overnight stay for a residential guest is extortion and i have never paid £30per night at any hotel including central london and other airports
