Booked last minute as we were let down by another booking the night before, but glad we found this place. Rooms were reasonably priced. Check in was so easy. The staff were very friendly. We liked the bar area with the pool table and tv screens. Beds were comfy. Rooms were large and clean. My only negative comment is the amount of condensation on the windows in one of our rooms meant you couldn’t see out the window to look at the view. I’d stay here again. :)

An enjoyable overnight stay

The hotel was far better than what i expected ,the bar and recepion were clean and very well kept and all the staff were friendly and helpful and patient .there were plenty of lifts on all floors and the room was spacious and clean ,the breakfast dining area was clean and modern and there were plenty of options for breakfast . Without a doubt i would stay there again .

Great staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast

Staff were friendly, the breakfast chef is excellent and clearly has skills and pride. The check in staff was really helpful. There could be better signage to the check-in for this venue though, and although the restaurant for breakfast was slightly chilly I will go back there.

Awful hotel

Awful experience at this hotel, would not reccomend this hotel. Was dirty and disgusting the hotel waz dirty and coffee cups were not even clean. We went to manchester for a funeral and i called the day before and was told we could check in early, but when we got there we were told we can't check in. Awful experience
