Despite the attractive promise of a sea view, there is construction ongoing for a man-made island aimed at building additional malls, condominiums, and an international cruise terminal. It should be clearly stated on the website that the infinity swimming pool is exclusively for guests staying in the presidential suite. Transparency and clarity in the information provided are essential.

Condrad Manila is very convenient as far as shopping. It has a walkway that leads to Mall of Asia. I missed out on their breakfast but we will make sure that we partake on it on our next stay.

I liked how attentive the staff was to my every need and they were quick to address any concerns I had. The Conrad is conveniently connected to MOA which made my shopping experience smooth. Also, there are several restaurants within Conrad Manila that catered to my every need. The only thing that I didn’t like was that my room had several functional difficulties including the bathroom sliding door getting stuck and my blinds having mechanical issues. However, staff worked quick to try and rectify the issues. Thank you to the staff at Conrad.

On Expedia, I chose a room for 2 that included breakfast; but when I got there they said you have to pay extra if breakfast is for more than 1 person. So watch out for that. Also, the hotel was not very accomodating for things like early check-in or late check-out. Many tourists have international flights that arrive early in the morning or depart late at night. A first class hotel would be ready for that and regard it as a foreseeable circumstance.
