Fairly central to most places in the area around Timog Avenue. Interesting decor, trying to give an old English pub feel complete with dark wood paneling, heavy carpet and knights armies plus swords. There’s a convenient supermarket across the building. There’s a pub/restaurant within premises.
The photos presented in Expedia - we feel - misrepresented the room given to us. To be clear, the actual room was - disappointingly - a lot smaller. I’m not sure if this was misleading advertising or should have been the case of caveat emptor. We were initially given one key card because (not verbatim) “this is what guests get” - but I pressed that it is so hot in the room that it didn’t seem unreasonable to ask so as to provide good amenity to us, their customer. The staff - to their credit - gave us a blank card to plug into the key card receiver which allowed us to run the cooling unit non-stop - ah what relief from the unrelenting heat of Manila. Only three towels provided, one for our feet. Insufficient considering how poor the drainage design of the bathroom thus most of the time our feet are wet. The Toilet even clogged up but to the staff’s credit, they had this fixed promptly - thanks team. Car park (undercroft) was sometimes full but the team down there were pretty good at balancing and making things work.
This review sounds like a free for all whinge but the ‘hotel’ needs serious investment to bring it up to standard a bit.
Pleasant but the only thing i dont like is that their was no service water serve, so we drink the bottle of water in the fridge which was charged to us, they said why didn't we ask! I don't think we need to, it should be automatic. And when we ask they don't have it instantly.

The hotel & furnitures are dated but functional and adequately clean. Staff were very helpful. During my stay, the area was experiencing water shirtage & interruptions but the hotel contibue to have strong water flow. Hot water, hiwever, wasn’t adequately hot. Overall, it was a very good value for the aamoynt I paid.
