I didn’t like the fact that the temperature could not be controlled. Either it was too hot or too cold. Plus, the unit kept running all night long!!!! Also, there was not a glass or cup in the place that I could get a drink of water throughout the night. Breakfast: no food or coffee was permitted outside of the food area. My husband could not even bring coffee to me in the morning because he had to go outside and around the building to come to our room. Would I stay there again? No way!

In an older complex with significant deferred maintenance, this was an extremely dated unit, with poor lighting and many missing, broken, or inoperable amenities

The room stunk, paint chips all over, tile floor coming up in spots. Locked out of room after 1st night, had to get keys reprogrammed. When they came in to clean, sheets and blankets from pull-out bed were taken and no replacements left. Took towels, but did not replace.

When we got to our room, the bed was fully made, However, there was an empty cupcake box underneath a pillow and a marker at the bottom of the bed. Room is also infested with stink bugs

We had a wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was both welcoming and calming. It was also pleasantly quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway!

Our unit had no heat, it was 60 degrees inside all night. Very light bed linens, no extra blankets. The free breakfast was pitiful. The juice machine was out of order so there was nothing to drink except coffee. The waffle iron was not working properly, as waffles were brown on the outside but very doughy on the inside.

Slow checking, two young men at desk were just transactional, no hint of hospitality. Room was mostly clean but very worn. There were several gaps in vinyl floorboards in kitchen. At least two lamps were unplugged. TV didn't work and the TV itself actually felt sticky (yuck). The neighbors upstairs were noisy both night as until at least 2 am. We found two sets of dog poop right outside our door in the morning (likely from the dog upstairs). The entire complex is dated and in dire need of refurbishing or even teardown. The Sonesta at the end of the street seemed like a 5 star hotel in comparison - well stay there next time time.
