The house is stocked with everything you need for a fabulous vacation - bikes for exploring the island, beach chairs and umbrella for soaking up the famous SW Florida sunshine, fishing gear to fish from the dock (you may see a dolphin or manatee swimming by!) a well-appointed, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal (or opt to grill out on the lanai!), two dining areas inside and one on the covered and screened lanai. After a busy day exploring, you can decide to watch the game or your favorite show out on the lanai or relax inside and enjoy the 75" UHD flat screen. Layout is ideal for couples traveling together or families. The master bedroom suite is a wonderful retreat with four poster mahogany king-sized bed, 55" flat screen tv, ensuite walk in closet and huge, spa-like bath with dual sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower. On the opposite side of the living area are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a queen bed and twin bunks. Both rooms have flat screen TVs. The second bathroom is stocked with plenty of fluffy towels and a walk in shower. The entire guest wing can be closed off with pocket doors for privacy and a quiet nights rest. In addition, there is a private office with a daybed. Outside, there is ample parking for three cars on the circular paver driveway. Tropical landscaping and lush lawns surround the home.
