Great location!
Beautiful views and great condo! Very convenient with kids with the pool beach and restaurant. Love the updates in the condo! Unfortunately there was a lot of work being done to other condos so there was so much dust and debris all over the patio. Every time we wanted to sit outside we would have to wipe everything down and sweep.

Great location, but would not stay at this property again
Bed sheets were stained, a few towels were threadbare in places, metal rim on outside door at base was bent and sticking out, lock on sliding door loose, main door had flimsy lock. We did not cook as some dishes had food in them and some utensils were dirty. No vacuum was provided. After asking, a broom and dust pan were provided. We were on the second floor. There were no exit signs for stairs in case of emergency. There were steps outside on the second floor leading to the ground level, but you had to use a key to unlock the gate. The property was being painted while we stayed at the condo. When we signed the rental agreement we were not made aware of this. The patio was covered with grit almost every day from their work, and the bedroom window was covered on the outside with plastic for a few days while we were staying there. We would NOT have booked this rental had we known about the painting and work being done on the building. I did like the shaded parking spot. The beach was great.

The View is Everything!
We rented two units for thanksgiving. They were renovated beautifully. The living room needs a small coffee table, and the TVs only sometimes worked, but otherwise the property had everything we needed. The large balcony is the real star of the unit and we hope to come back!

I rented this unit while I was at Marco for a conference down the road at the JW Marriott. It was clean and well decorated. I would stay there again. The restaurant on the 1st floor is a great perk of staying here.

Beautiful Relaxing Condo on the beach.
The only thing that was slightly less than amazing was having to stop at the real estate office to pick up a key. It would be nice if they had electronic keypads so we could skip this step. But this is a super minor thing. A key is required to enter the building so I think this is how all rentals in the building are, and I don't think the individual owners can do anything about it. I did really like that the doors to the building and the elevator was secure, it felt very safe. The patio was amazing! It was 3 times the size of most the patios in the building. I had to work some during my trip, so the patio made for the perfect remote office. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and walkable to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The unit is beautifully decorated. Everything is new and clean. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. I would definately stay here again. Even though we were here during spring break the building was quiet at all hours. The backpack-style beach chairs provided were perfect and easy to carry out to the beach. Loved it. The location and huge patio definitely made this condo worth the price compared to the surrounding rentals I looked at. Thanks for the great vacation!

Modern Beach Retreat
This property is perfect for a couple’s get away. Recently remodeled with great attention to detail. Some of our favorites were the on beach location, beach decor, touchscreen vanity mirror, modern finishes, huge lanai, personal secure Wi-Fi network, Keurig, Roku, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We would love to return to this property.

Amazing outside space!
Locationi is great, ocean view and dolphins view was amazing. Chairs and umbrellas were great to take to beach. The inside was small and very outdated but the outside, super large patio, was lovely!

Definitely not a 4 person condo
The pictures on line are inaccurate. The space is EXTREMELY small for 4 adults. My husband and I took our 2 adult children. The kitchen has no space for more than 1 person at a time. There is no storage ANYWHERE. We had to use the dishwasher to keep our non parishable food. In order to access anything u must have a key. It’s quit annoying. I understand using a key to enter the building but then u need a key to enter the elevator and the work out center after you have used a key to enter the building. You also need a key to LEAVE the gates by the out door steps by the locked tennis courts. It’s 2022 and i don’t understand why we are still using keys. The front desk girl barely spoke English so it was hard to communicate. The view is perfect and the room is good for only 2 ppl.

Unit dirty, left over food, MANY COCKROACHES!
Overall the property and experience were completely unacceptable. Very dirty and infested with cockroaches. VRBO, Harborview (the property management company) and the owner were non responsive to the cockroach complaint. VRBO said they would do "nothing without proof". The calls with VRBO lasted for 98 minutes and then I was put on hold for another 90 minutes. This was on 11/01/21 after finding many roaches scurrying late the night before. At this point, I had to find "sticky" traps in order to get pictures of the roaches. I requested from the management company to be moved also on 11/01/21 and they said they would be in contact the next day when a unit was available. I received no contact the next day with the exception of an exterminator (Rueben) coming unannounced were cooking breakfast. I explained that I was cooking and they thought best to come back. I took his number, called many times with no response. After watching about 12 roaches scurry off, and doing research I went hunting through the cabinets. In one cabinet I found food that appeared to have been there for a while. Pop Tarts peppered with holes and premade opened cookies. I disposed of all the food as the cabinet was full of roach droppings and this was seemed an area of attraction for the bugs. I wonder when this unit was truly professionally cleaned? All the utensils were dirty as well. I am no longer interested in working with VRBO as all they give is the run around. All pics (there are many) will hit social media later today.

Location is amazing!!
We had some communication issues and issues with cleaning staff but the property was so close to the beach and staff very helpful. The condo was like it is pictured expect couch was different and cloth. We like leather as it is cleaner. We will visit again.

Condo review
Couch was not in very good condition. Only gave us 1 trash bag. Had to wash towels before we left and didn’t give us any detergent. Have never stayed in a condo with out given us a few trash bags and detergent to wash towels.

Beautiful location and excellent view
We liked it. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine on the dining room table, which had never happened before anywhere. Thank you! The check in and check out instructions were clear. Management was very helpful. Assigned parking was great. The large patio with a wide selection of patio furniture has never been topped any where. We were missing a night stand, a coffee table, a baking sheet, and some nice towels, though. There were plenty of towels, but they were old and had bleach stains. It was helpful to have a coin laundry available. The unit was very quiet, especially since there is a restaurant/bar right below it. We never heard anything from there. It was also very convenient to use the restaurant without having to drive anywhere. All stores/banks we needed were in close proximity.

Beautiful beach, old and dated condo:(
Marco Island is a beautiful beach to stay at. The Apollo itself is very convienent with a bar/restaurant on the first floor and a short beach walk to the water. The condo itself NEEDS to have some rennovations done. The couch is broken, tile missing in the bedroom, leaking toilet and sink faucet. Everything was very dated and really did not provide that vacation feel. I felt as if I was in a college rental. We couldn't get the TV to work in the living room. Overall very disappointed for the price we paid. Will be back to the Apollo and Marco, but not this condo.
