Nasty hotel
From the very beginning the hotel concierge was not helpful. I had to be dropped off at my hotel and asked her if it would be anyway possible to check in early. She said no that I could wait in the lobby. Once she did check me in, she checked me into a room that ac unit did not work. I waited until about 9 pm to see if maybe it would ever get cold before heading downstairs to report the issue. The bathroom tub was very dirty. Stink like dogs. Did not feel clean. Come morning time complimentary breakfast did not have variety of fruit. The breads were not wrapped individually offering a little donut biscuit. For what I paid for my stay at this location, should have offered more hospitality

10/10! Would Definitely Recommend!
The staff was very wonderful! The room was very nice and clean, and although the website said that it was soundproof, we could hear our neighbors upstairs. However, that wasnt much of an issue! All in all, it was just what we needed.

Nice large rooms and clean. Unfortunately one of elevators was not working; because of the long wait we often ended up taking the stairs. Not environmentally friendly. Styrofoam cups everywhere.

Didn’t receive the correct reservation request
We had requested a room with a king size bed, and was given 2 queen size beds. When I told the front desk that I had been given the wrong room, she said that they were full and overbooked and someone else had received my room. I was not happy and asked why this happened. I was told that unfortunately there was nothing that could be done about it. The next morning, the General Manager was working and she offered for us to move. I told her no, I wasn’t going to do that because all of our things were in place in the room, and we had already spent a night there.

The room had minimal lights so it was dark. We found a cockroach in the kitchen area of the room. The lobby was semi clean but has worn out furniture.

The staff was courtegous and knowledgeable. The outside of the hotel is a little weathered so I didn't have high hopes upon arrival but don't judge a book by its cover because the inside of the hotel is clean and orderly. They have 24/7 iced lemon water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate which is a nice touch and i definitely took advantage. The rooms were comfortable and everything worked properly. My showers were hot with great water pressure. There was a good selection of breakfast options: waffles, pastries, cereal, bagels, eggs ,sausage, oatmeal, orange and apple juice, fruit, yogurt. If I'm being knit picky i would have liked bacon. But everything during my two night stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. There is some road construction around the side of the hotel which makes it a little inconvenient but its a slight inconvenience. If you stay on 35 you can avoid it.

The room was ok. But there were several walls that needed new paint and/or repair. Outside of our room, the hallway was unbearable with the smell of pot/marijuana. Since it was 1 night, we just dealt with it, but we will not be returning.
