My stay started fine. However, this morning, when I went to breakfast at the time I was told it would be open, it was not, though places were set. A waiter told me I had to sit in the lobby. A few minutes later, a more local family went into the dining room and sat down. I asked why they were admitted and I was not. I was then told I could sit inthe dining room. If this had happened 50 yrs ago, I would not have been so surprised. I asked the management and I was told that he would talk to his staff. I will never goback there and do not recommend it to anyone! A very unfortunate event and very badly handled by the management.

Stayed overnight before my flight and as an aviation enthusiast I absolutely loved the stay. Firstly checkin was smooth and the room was spacious. Very clean and tidy. I booked an airside room and when I opened the blinds to see an A380 aircraft parked right in front of me, I was in heaven. Once i dragged myself away from the view, it was a short walk to the Jewel with plenty of food and shopping. I will diffently stay again

Room in good shape, could use some minor updates/fixes, but overall a very nice room. Bed was quite hard though and could not get room to cool down for sleeping. Allora restaurant had decent food but spotty service.

Excellent facilities absolutely wank with early check ins considering it is a airport hotel. The basically want to charge a full days rack rate for say 5/6 hrs If you feel like I did harsh considering that I would be up and gone by 6am the following morning, so potentially no even staying for a 24 hrs period , seems a bit mercenary. But Hey Ho still a lovely hotel

Best hotel ive stayed in
Quite possibly THE best hotel ive ever stayed, from pre check in to check out, it couldnt have been better. Treated myself to a Jewel Wing room and it was gold standard. Had a lovely bathe in the roll top freestanding bath upon arrival and a rainfall shower this morn. Bed was huge and super comfortable, went out like a light. Huge shout out to the concierge team, who went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable. Will be rebooking on my return journey...and requesting a late check out.
