Location is very convenient for Kanata, and easy to find. Check in was flawless. Hotel was clean. Unfortunately, there were other guests who made big messes in the elevator and corridor, which was no fault of the hotel themselves. Would recommend to others looking for a stay!

the hotel and staff were very good, but the noise at night was terrible. People were pounding in the hall and on the stairs until 2 AM. I was woken several times. Ruined the stay. Also not thrilled receiving email from the hotel at 2 AM. Would have been worse if the twits in the hallways didn't already have me awake.
