Hotel refused to check us in, and wanted to move us to their flat in a different location, and which cost half the price. They refused to refund the difference. They also refused to call us a taxi when we declined to the change, and asked for a refund. Classic "Bait and switch" tactic. No apology, very unprofessional staff sniggering and laughing when we were stressed trying to find out about the change. Photo shoot occurring in the reception. Various lies given re why they wanted to move us, including booking wasn't with them (despite being booked and paid for several weeks in advance, and hotel email confirming the floor we would stay in ), then no electricity etc etc ... Refused to prove this to us, and they just sniggered when we pointed out the marketing shoot that was going on!

Front desk staff is excellent they really care for you to have the best experience. The breakfast is really good and the bar is ok, expensive drinks but good, food in the bar is also good. Is a little bit noisy but rooms are huge.

Nos encantó el cuarto limpio y súper cómodo, los que nos atendían eran super amables, la comida desde el desayuno hasta las cenas deliciosas. Lo único que nos tocó el piso 9 y es demasiado ruidoso por la música que ponen en el rooftop, demasiado alta, tal vez pisos mas abajo sea mas tranquilo.

Great hotel at a great price. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and great location. I stayed in room 1002, only bad side is that it is located directly underneath the roof top lounge, so it can get loud. I love how they use WhatsApp to communicated with the guest, very convenient. Love the staff, always smiling and very pleasant demeanor. Would stay here again.
