Very good hotel. Clean, helpful staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. Free, no hassle parking. My only complaint was the lack of an airport shuttle. I give it a 4 just because it's a La Quinta, and there are more expensive, nicer hotels with their own restaurants and nicer lobbies. But those cost more- for the price, this is a nice hotel, and a good can't.

I won’t be coming back to this place, they charged me twice for the room and I ended up having to use a different card to pay for it because they said the first one didn’t go through when it actually did. They didn’t have the baby crib I requested- they said they don’t have cribs but it’s on their website that they do have them, I would have stayed somewhere else had I known their website was providing false information

Pet area and smoking area disgusting dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere mixed inwith weeds. Insides rooms, cracked sink basin, toilet handle was wrong type for unit kept falling out of tank after every flush. Noticed holes behind towel rack. TV contrast and darkness couldn't be adjusted, no channel guide available in room. Swimming pool had extreme chlorine smell. Staff that were there were polite but staffing appeared shorthanded.

I arrived at the hotel and paid for a room early in the morning. My car had been wrecked in a rollover accident on the I-5 the night before, so I had to wait outside on a bench with all my belongings and three dogs until check-in time at 3:00 PM. After waiting all day, I finally checked in. About 15 minutes later, as soon as I got to the room, there was a knock on the door. It was the manager. He told me I had to leave immediately. I was shocked. I had just checked in after waiting outside all day. When I asked him why, he said another guest had complained that someone looked "homeless." I explained that it was probably because I had just been in a rollover accident the night before and had no way to put my luggage anywhere else. Instead of understanding, he immediately started calling the police. I couldn’t believe it. I was 1,000 miles away from home with nowhere else to go, exhausted and still shaken up from the accident, just hoping to take a shower and rest. This man, who claimed to be the owner, treated me like trash and had me thrown out simply because of someone else's perception. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, especially after such a traumatic experience. It was cruel and completely unjust.
