The person at the desk for check in was nice. Said the "computers were down." Bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. I have photos. Microwave didn't work very well, couldn't hear up my coffee. Lights on balcony are so bright they keep the room lit at night. Parking is minimal!! 9:00am housekeeping woke us up knocking on the door to see if we checked out yet. 9:30am fiance went to office for coffee, woman pushed chair into walkway as if he was there to cause trouble! 945am housekeeping knocked on door AGAIN to see if we checked out. She said, "checkout at 11am." And I advised her that it was only 945am and to leave us alone!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Who the hell wakes PAYING travelers at 9:00am?! HORRIBLE!!

The clerk at check in was very nice. As for the property, you get what you pay for. The beds feel like a cardboard box with no padding. I would have been more comfortable on the floor. There was a bright light right in front of our window, which shone like a beacon into our room all night long. Also, since this is a lower priced hotel, it seems a lot of people who travel for their jobs come here. They drive a lot of really loud trucks, which come and go through the night. No clock in the room, so if you want to see what time it is in the middle of the night, be prepared to get your phone out.

We were traveling with a dog (listing showed pet friendly). When we arrived we were told no dogs. They did honor our reservation but said they wouldn't be allowing the in the future. Bright lights from the exterior lights shined into the room all night. The lights are great for safety to get to/from your vehicle but they may want to install some better blinds so guests can sleep. It was close enough to shopping/dining locations.

She said, "we don't take dogs, period!" With or without a service card! She asked if I had a dog before I told her also. I didn't stay because she wouldn't lay me and I paid online in advance.

Several homeless people loitering. The carpet looked filthy. The bathroom floor was slick and slippery with wet feet. The room was upstairs and fair from parking. The TV remote would not turn tv on/off. Had to do it manually. I will not be back.
