The hotel was in a convenient area. Walking distance from haram was 2 minutes. Prophets Mosque was a 10 min walk. All the hotels in Madinah need an upgrade. The hallways and the bedrooms look really old. We booked thinking Movenpick has a high standard but the hotel seems overly used with no maintenance.

Had an excellent stay at Movenpick. We checked in online and on arrival got keys quickly. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The best feature is the location it is very near to the mosque. Would definitely stay there again

Excellent service from start to finish, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and in really good condition. We lost a gold ring at the hotel and the staff found it and kept it for us until we returned - thank you for making our stay so pleasant! Will definitely come again!
