I booked my room while on the road, exhausted from a long drive. I booked after midnight, knowing I would have to checkout by 10am, and that was fine. I just needed sleep. I selected check in on the 14th and out on the 15th. When I arrived the hotel clerk refused to let me check in. He said I must wait until 3. I told him I didn't care to check out in a few hours and that I had already paid. He said no. I was FURIOUS. I then called Expedia and they said they could give me my money back for a FEE of $75. LOL! That's it. F Expedia. I'm done. I tried sleeping in my car but it was too hot, so I went to the Holiday Inn down the road, spent more money on a room. NEVER stay at this Best Western and Expedia...you're fired.

A lot of pot!
An overwhelming smell of marijuana at every door. One person smoking weed at front door as we left. Room smelled of curry/spices. Hot tub and pool were nice. The beds are nice but too soft for stomach sleepers.

The staff was friendly, but when we hit back to our room, the bathroom floor was dirty, it looked like someone wiped fecal matter in the wall as you enter the bathroom. Floors throughout were dirty as we didn’t wear our shoes to get the coffee. The breakfast that was to be hot was disgusting everything that was hot was prepackaged frozen food. The pancake machine was neat, but the pancakes were only and 1/8 of an inch thick. He only fruit available was apples. I will stay across the road next time I plan an overnight trip to the casino

Shocked to find someone's used underwear in the bathroom! How could this not be seen ? Also the sheets were old looking a long with the bed covers. Facility was nice overall, felt safe. Quiet at night as well. Missed having an ice bucket. I would guess that was because there was a fridge in the room, also nice. Probably would not go back. Sorry

We were to put beside an exit door and it seemed like it was open and shut all night long kind of a noisy hotel had I stayed on the second floor it would have been fine

Decent budget hotel
Nice location and grounds, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast buffet, but our room could have used a deep cleaning. Bathroom was barely clean, and our lamps didn’t even have lampshades….LOL

Hotel was clean and mostly quiet. Neighbors upstairs were running around but did stop at 11pm. Pool was VERY cold tho… otherwise no issues. Staff was friendly and attentive
