I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had an amazing time but this time the rooms weren’t clean the gentleman at the front desk was very dry into a point rude. There was a situation where my girlfriend was on her time of month and bled a little bit on the sheets and then they charge me $350 when I’ve already paid $100 Deposit fee if there’s anything wrong with the room. Then he accused me of smoking and dirty the sheets I don’t even smoke. He did not want to make any kind of resolution.
This property was so well kept and felt very clean. Despite being so close to the airport it was very quiet, we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Miami.

Lied about what a late checkout would cost.
We needed to stay until 6pm on the checkout day. I discussed it with Chloe the night before. My wife had just been diagnosed with Covid and we couldn’t go to our destination until after 6pm Saturday August 17th. Chloe said we could stay until 6pm but they would have to charge us for half a day. I agreed and headed back to my room Friday Night the 16th of August. Just before I got on the elevator Chloe ask me my room number again and I said 518.
The next morning I was going out while my wife rested and I wanted to make sure everything was okay with the late checkout.
The new representative said that there was nothing in the system and that half day checkout was only until 4pm. I said that we had made a verbal contract the night before for 6pm and we had already made arrangements. She said she will reach out to the person I spoke to.
Chloe was there the 18th when I was checking out along with another representative. She basically just lied to my face about our conversation. I believe she had mistakenly told me 6pm and didn’t want to get in trouble so she just didn’t anything in the system.
I have been with the credit card company I used for 15 years and never had one dispute. I just don’t understand why they would go to such measures for $50. It’s not really the money for me it’s just the lying.

I spoke to three receptionist's, one of them was difficult to talk to. She was not a friendly as the other 2 receptionist’s. Overall it was a good quality hotel with excellent bed
