Convenient and affordable option to stay for a quick stay in Miami. I had a long layover and decided that I wanted to catch some ZZZ. This met the requirements: clean, affordable, convenient (right next to an ihop for breakfast) the rooms were spacious. Comfy bed. Highly satisfied. Close to the airport.

Arrived at hotel, Looked like a motel from the outside, Walls unpainted, dirty floors in the lobby and in room. Elevator was noisy, and took forever to come, Tv didn’t work, have to use the remote in a certain angle, staff refused to give extra towels told us to wait til the morning for wash rags, the heater gave out a smell you would smell at a brazilian blow out salon. WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BOOK. Reviews are fake

B and B Hotel a Solid Stay
One night stay before a cruise. Room clean and comfortable, recently renovated. Clearly some work left to be done but a reasonably priced stay and good value for the money. Bring earplugs because hotel is right across the street from the airport on a busy road. Free parking and coffee in the lobby a nice touch. Several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

The property is a great location to the airport, has an IHOP in the same lot (other restaurants walkable down the road), and plenty of free parking in a well lit lot. Lobby is clean, check in was fast. Room was roomy, very comfortable, clean, and had excellent temp control. Will definitely book here again when I come back to MIA

Overall, it's an okay property. The rooms appear to be recently upgraded. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. My biggest detractor from this property is the face that the first room that was assigned to us was dirty and that front desk staff were unapologetic. My original booking was made for 1 king size room for 1 night. However, upon entering the room assigned to me, I noticed it was not clean as the bed was unmade, trash cans were full and the toilet was dirty. This did not meet the normal standard of hygiene one can expect of a booked room at a hotel. Upon complaint to the front desk, we were reassigned to a room with 2 queen size beds which is different from our initial booking. The condition of the first room has detracted from my experience at this hotel.

Ok stay.
Floors were dirty, esp along edges and behind door in 219. Water not hot enough to tolerate a shower. Coffe cold but there was a microwave. No shuttle.
