Clean nice hotel and friendly staff! 2nd time at this hotel for cruise out of Miami! Picked up from airport and taken to ship next morning! Pickup was quick and drop off even easy!

We found a hair in the bath tub, but other than that, we were very satisfied with the shuttle and its friendly drivers, and with the kindness of the receptionists, both evening and morning. Our room was completely quiet. The AC worked well. There was good pressure in the shower .
