Ideal and convenient location hence the r3ason l keep.coming bqck but it has become a bit run down within recent times eg. Lamp shades falling apart and they no.longer have clocks in the rooms. Front desk staff not the most friendly and accomodating.l called the front desk asking for a fresh towel the night before and was told l had to wait till after 8 a.m for housekeeping and l needed to leave for the hotel by 6 a.m

While beds and bathroom were clean, the room wasn't properly vacuumed, office chair was dirty and convertible sofa was dirty and unusable. At the time of my stay, one elevator was out of service and the other was pretty slow.

Big red stain on the carpet
After we drove for 6 hours we were told the elevator was out of order. We had to carry 8 bags to the 5th floor. The carpet had a big red stain right infront of the tv. I couldn't figure out was it a murder scene (joke), nail polish or anything else. We had 4 people in the room but only had 1 wash cloth. We went to the desk and were given more. One of the pillows had a big yellowish stain on it but we always bring our own pillow cases. The icetrays handle was broken off and just layed on top of it Overall our stay was ok. The employees were nice but the condition of the hotel could have been better.

We will NEVER stay here again.
My friend and I had a terrible stay at this hotel. Firstly, our door wouldn't open and the hotel staff wasn't helpful at all. They shuffled us around different rooms and every time they claimed to have fixed our door, IT WOULDN'T WORK. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Overall good but the elevators failed during our stay and is not fun to climb 7 floors. The staff tried their best but I think such a failure is just not acceptable.

My cruise was cancelled. I called to cancel my reservation. Travelocity looked into it and told me the hotel would not cancel, nor would they issue a credit for the time that I would rebook the cruise. I KNOW the room was booked because of hurricane Helene coming in. What would it have cost the hotel to issue a credit????? Absolutely NOTHING! I would still like to have the credit issued so I have a paid room when I need it.

Room was nice. Hotel was clean, check in fast. Area seemed sketchy and elevator was broken during night. One was fixed by am checkout. Hubby had to use outside stairs to get someone to deal with smoke detector that started going off at 2am.
